ACERA & LNG Funds Executives Training Program Team BBQ Event Recap

Perry Lakes Reserve, Floreat - Monday 2 December 2024

What a fantastic BBQ event we had! Despite a brief spell of rain earlier in the day, the skies cleared just in time, gifting us with perfect weather for an evening of connection and camaraderie in the park. The venue, Perry Lakes Reserve, was ideal - spacious, picturesque, and well-suited for our gathering with executives from LNG Partners Funds.

The event kicked off with an inspiring speech from ACERA president, Mr Lewis Lu, who shared a heartfelt reflection on the history of our association, celebrated key milestones, and highlighted the enduring friendship we’ve built with LNG Funds over the years. His words set an excellent tone for the event.

Once the speech wrapped up, attendees quickly became acquainted, chatting happily and making new connections.

What made this event truly special was the teamwork with everyone pitching in their own way. Even a few executives showcased their grilling skills, expertly preparing delicious food that quickly became the highlight of the event. Others helped with setting up, serving drinks, and making sure everything ran seamlessly.

The food was a highlight, with juicy pork bulgogi, tender beef, perfectly grilled sausages, and an array of fresh sides ensuring that no one went hungry. The variety and quality of the food were a testament to the collaborative spirit of the event.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this gathering so memorable. We can’t wait to host more events like this in the future!
