Currently, he is the President of the Australian Chinese Energy and Resources Association.

Currently, he serves as a Senior Contracts Specialist at Worley, where he leverages his extensive background to drive contract excellence and strategic outcomes. Prior to his role at Worley, he has held significant positions at renowned organizations such as Eni, Kiewit, and MCC in Australia.

With 26 years of experience at Chevron, including 15 years as a senior admin assistant for Chevron Australia's Executive team, Phoebe brings a wealth of administrative expertise. She holds a diploma in English studies and certificates in Business Management and Accounting. Recently retired, she is exploring new career paths. She is passionate about community engagement and advocates for Diversity & Inclusion. Outside of work, she volunteers extensively within multi-cultural community organisations and enjoys helping friends.

With around 20 years of experience in contracting and procurement roles within the oil and gas industry, Dongmei Zhou has worked as a Contract Specialist with ConocoPhillips in China and Australia. Currently, she is serving as a Procurement Category Lead with Santos.

With over 16 years of experiences within finance, taxation and M&A industry, Larry Xu has served asa Senior business consultant in Australia. Larry holds a BSc and M.Acc degree from Curtin University.
