The Australia Chinese Resource And Energy Association (ACERA) is delighted to invite you to our special Mid-Autumn Festival dinner. Celebrated since the early Tang dynasty, the Mid-Autumn or Moon Festival is held when the moon is believed to be the biggest and fullest, an auspicious time to undertake rituals leading to a bumper harvest in the coming year. Celebrate this event with traditional sichuanese hotpot to symbolise the moon and unity in the shared culinary experience. Enjoy a festive evening with industry colleagues active in both the Australian and Chinese oil sectors.
The evening will include:
The famed Sichuan hotpot with a fine selection of dishes
